I have been to this DD twice. Both times the DD employes have no motivation what so ever to get your order right. It seems like these kids are under no supervision and really don't care about the customer. There Rude, They take there sweet time coming to the counter just to take your order. The first time I went there it seemed like there was only one person working when there was really 4 people working and 3 of them were out back talking to each other about a party and the line was 4 people deep. This last time I went there it was the opposite, there were 3 people taking my order and none of them could work together because i had to explain to each of them after they had asked what i wanted that someone is already getting my coffee but the person who took my bagel order decided to do something else instead. This place needs new management. I would avoid going here as much as you can, because to be honest it would be more convenient if they just let you go behind the counter and do it myself.
Great service, not crowded, nice people, clean place. WiFi is kind of crappie though...
The service/food has always been great! It's just too bad that it's so small! There's definitely not enough seating/room to have a lot of people getting orders in.
